WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Gallery of Jewels offers the following exchange policy: 


We are happy to allow customers an exchange or store credit for merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by receipt and the return merchandise must be in perfect, unworn condition. We do not issue refunds and the customer will incur any shipping costs associated with returns. 


All sales are final on exchanged items. 


Trunk show and special order sales are final.


Exchange for online credit: 


You must return the unworn item in its original packaging with receipt postmarked within 14 days of original purchase. Please contact the Gallery of Jewels Office at: office@galleryofjewels.com to notify us of your intent to return. You will be provided with information for return shipping. 


Once the item is received you will be emailed with a gift voucher code for exchange amount, good towards a future online purchase. Gift voucher codes do not expire. 


At this time, gift vouchers for online sales cannot be redeemed in store.


Exchange for in-store credit: 


Customers are also welcome to exchange items at any one of our 3 San Francisco Locations. 


Present the unworn item in its original packaging to sales associate within 14 days of purchase. Customers may select a new piece of merchandise or receive store credit good for purchase at any of our San Francisco Locations. Store credit does not expire. 


At this time, in-store credit may not be applied towards online purchases.

Noe Valley Gallery: Monday-Saturday 10:30am-6:30pm and Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm 


Pacific Heights Gallery: Monday-Saturday 10:30am-6:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm 


We are closed on the following holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

DO YOU DESIGN CUSTOM JEWELRY?

Yes, if you can envision it, we can create it. 


Whether you're starting from scratch or reworking an existing piece, our jewelry experts will be there from sketch to final polish. Thanks to our expansive artist repertoire, we can pair you with a designer who specializes in your preferred materials and style. You can even add a personalized final touch with gemstones and hand engraving. Gallery of Jewels is happy to work with your existing stones in your custom design or we can help you source the stone that's right for you. 


With your vision in mind we can help you source the best gem and diamond options within your design budget. We are passionate and ready to share our knowledge and creativity with you.

HOW DO YOU PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

When will my order ship? 

We need up to 4 days to process your shipment. Once we’ve processed your order, shipping time takes an additional 1-3 days depending on your location in the Continental U.S. 


We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Do you Gift Wrap? 

All Gallery of Jewels items will arrive gift wrapped with a complimentary artist bio card. 


Is my shipment insured? 

We provide insurance on all items shipping from our online shop. Your signature is always required when you receive a shipment from us because of the insurance.


What carriers can you ship my item with? 

Gallery of Jewels ships through the US Postal Service. 


I need an item sooner than you can ship. What can you do? 

All items shown in our online shop are available for purchase directly in our galleries. Please contact us if you need your order sooner.

WHAT IS A TRUNK SHOW?

Gallery of Jewels trunk shows are exciting events to showcase our most popular designer collections. 


During the trunk show we are able to display the designer's full collection and offer our clients the opportunity to meet the designer's in person. These are fun filled evenings with libations, great company, and the opportunity to try on and shop the designer's entire range. All sales are final.


One-on-one appointments are available for each trunk show to serve you better. Design the perfect wedding set, select a special gift, or secure your slot for first pick of the jewels.


It's a special time for you to shop with our featured artist. Contact us to schedule an appointment today!

DO YOU BUY GOLD?

Gallery of Jewels can take your broken, unwanted, or unworn gold and platinum jewelry to be recycled for trade in. 


Gallery of Jewels will remove all stones, enamel, and non-precious metals in order to determine the karat and current market value of the jewelry. We offer store credit based on the value of goods at current market value. We do not issue checks. 


Consultation appointments for this service are preferred in order to serve you better.

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?     

Gallery of Jewels offers repairs for the artists we carry. We encourage you to bring your items in need of attention to one of our galleries. Our jewelry experts will happily provide you a free repair consultation. 


Our services include, but are not limited to: 


  • Ring resizing 
  • Clasp replacement 
  • Engraving 
  • Gem setting and gem replacement 
  • Cleaning and polishing 


If you have purchased an item online that is defective or in need of repair, please contact office@galleryofjewels.com. Please provide your name, Receipt number, and date of purchase in the body of the email so that we may assist you.

DO YOU PERFORM WATCH REPAIR?

No, Gallery of Jewels does not repair watches or replace watch batteries.  

DO YOU SELL SUSTAINABLE JEWELRY? 

A number of our designers are dedicated to using recycled metals as well as post consumer and conflict free gemstones. A Gallery of Jewels associate will be happy to introduce you to these collections during your visit.
