Once your order has been placed online, it will take within 1 to 4 days for us to process the purchase. Within this time, we’ll transfer your purchase to the GOJ office for shipping or from one gallery to the other to accommodate your chosen pickup location.
Your purchase will be gift wrapped with an artist bio card & gift receipt tucked inside the box.
When your order is ready to ship, you’ll be emailed the shipment tracking number along with shipping updates.
Gallery of Jewels ships through the US Postal Service using Priority Mail. Depending on your location in the Continental U.S., shipping and delivery can take an additional 1-3 days.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
IN-STORE OR CURBSIDE PICKUP
If you selected in-store or curbside pickup, our gallery staff will contact you via phone or email to arrange your pickup appointment.

We are happy to allow customers an exchange or store credit for merchandise within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by receipt and the return merchandise must be in perfect, unworn condition. We do not issue refunds. All sales are final on exchanged items.
Please contact the Gallery of Jewels to notify us of your intent to return. You will be instructed to visit one of our San Francisco galleries or will be provided with information for return shipping. Please do not ship any packages to the Gallery of Jewels without prior notification and approval.
JEWELRY ALTERATIONS OR RING RESIZING
If you need your new jewelry altered or your new ring resized, please do not wear the piece until it can be reviewed by Gallery of Jewels.
Some items can be easily adjusted, some cannot and would need to be completely remade.
If the item must be remade to accommodate your desired alteration, an exchange in brand new condition will be required.
