Greetings from Team Gallery of Jewels!

The last several weeks have felt like forever and gosh, we have really missed our community! Thank you for all the support we received during our closure, and of course, thank you to everyone for staying home & helping slow the spread of COVID-19. We hope that this email finds you and your loved ones happy & healthy!

If you haven’t heard the news – San Francisco is bringing back retail for curbside service starting Monday, May 18th. We are absolutely on-board and therefore wanted to provide an update on what this means for Gallery of Jewels and our clients.
  • As our showrooms are still closed to the public, we’ve brought back online shopping. You can browse our website & shop our curated collection of artisan jewelry. All items listed are available for curbside pickup or priority shipping.
     
  • We’ve updated our hours. Our two galleries will be open 7 days a week, 12pm – 5pm to facilitate:
- Email & Phone Customer Service
- Online Shopping Assistance
- Curbside Pickups
- Outgoing Shipments
    • Love to window shop? We’ll be creating beautiful storefront displays at each gallery every day for our clients to browse safely from the outside. See something you love? Simply call or email us to purchase & we’ll arrange for a curbside pickup or shipment.
       
    • We’ve extended our exchange policy for the convenience of our clients. Read all about it by clicking here.
      Policies and procedures are subject to change.
       
    • We are not currently facilitating repairs or adjustments on jewelry. We will bring this service back when we are allowed to safely re-open at full capacity.
       
    • The galleries and head office are not accepting incoming shipments until further notice.
    The health & safety of our community continues to be our utmost priority while providing a world-class shopping experience for our clients. We are operating with strict safety measures and cleaning requirements at all times. Additionally, all employees must wear protective facial coverings and practice physical distancing while at work. We require that clients do the same during curbside or gallery pickups – wear facial coverings and keep 6 feet physical distance between themselves and others at all times.
