How They Work:
When completing the online check out process, you'll be given three different delivery options to choose from: Priority Mail Shipping, In-Store Pickup, and Curbside Pickup. When choosing a pickup, you'll also get to decide which gallery works best for you by selecting either the Noe Valley or Pacific Heights location.
We’ll process the order within 1-4 days. Your item may need to be transferred from one gallery to the other to accommodate your pickup. Your purchase will be gift wrapped with a gift receipt inside.
When your purchase is ready for pickup, our Gallery Staff will contact you to arrange your pickup appointment.
Both our Noe Valley and Pacific Heights galleries are open 7 days a week with pickups being offered between 12pm - 5pm.
Arrive at the gallery at your scheduled pickup appointment time. If you're running late, we kindly request that you call the gallery to notify our staff.
Provide your name and photo I.D. so we may verify your order.
Your purchase will be extended for you to take.

Call the gallery and let our staff know where you're parked. Be sure to provide the color and make of your vehicle so we may easily locate you.
When signaled to do so, show your PHOTO ID through the window.

The health and safety of our community is our utmost priority. We are operating with strict cleaning and safety measures at all times.
Additionally, all Gallery of Jewels employees must wear protective facial coverings and practice physical distancing while at work.
We require that clients do the same during in-store or curbside pickups – wear facial coverings and keep 6 feet physical distance between themselves and others at all times.
